Hard boil some eggs, peel them, slice them in half lengthwise, carefully remove the yokes, and put theyokes in a bowl, add some mayonnaise & Mustard (I like spicy brown), and mix the yolks, mayo, and mustard. Spoon the yoke, mayo, mustard stuffing into the egg halves and sprinkle some paprika lightly over the top for garnish. Here are a few pics. Deviled Eggs

Now, I have to make my stuffed mushroom caps, and post pics.

Just about any kind of steak can be sliced into strips, and thrown into a stir fry with vegetables and noodles, and a served over rice. I'll have to make a stir fry and post pics. I like to use just about any kind of steak, it doesn't take much, a little goes a long way. Ramen noodles, and a package of frozen stir fry veggies.

I've given up on the stuffed onions. I can't get them the way I want. It'll take some more practice, and a few trial runs. Right now, I'm making a meatloaf.
Oh, man, that was the best meatloaf. I hate to say it, but it was as good, if not better than mom used to make. I can say, it was certainly the best "I" have ever made
